END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT for PostSmile

This end user license agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and the owner of this software, please read it carefully. By installing or otherwise using this software you agree to be bound by this agreement.

This software is owned by Masterra. And is protected by the USA copyright laws and international treaty provisions.

If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this EULA, you may not install or use this software. This EULA permits the holder of an individual license to use one copy of the software program on any single computer, provided the software is in use on only one computer at any time unless specific, written permission has been granted by the owner.

If you have multiple licenses for the software, then at any time you may have as many copies of the software in use as you have licenses. A copy of the software is in use when it is loaded into memory ("RAM") or when it is loaded onto a permanent memory device such as a hard disk or diskette or other similar storage device. It is the user's responsibility to ascertain that the number of concurrent users of the software will not exceed the number of licenses. If a copy of the software is loaded onto the hard disk or other storage device of a computer that is assigned to one individual, then that individual may not also use one copy of the software on a portable computer or a home computer.

The owner stipulates that you may not rent, sublease, lease, sell, pledge or otherwise transfer or distribute the original copy or archival copy of the program (this includes pictures, smileys, emoticons, logos, binary files, html pages). You agree not to translate, disassemble, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the program or any part thereof. This agreement is automatically terminated without notice if any provision of this agreement is breached by you.

You may copy the software for backup purposes, and you may give copies of the unregistered version to other individuals, which they may also use and copy under the terms of this agreement. If you copy the unregistered version of the software for others, you must include all of the files distributed with it. The software may not be sold, licensed, or a fee charged for its use. The owner has been diligent to build reasonable safeguards into this software. As with any computer application, this software may contain errors in the program or documentation.

The owner does not give any warranty, either expressed or implied, to anyone using this program. The owner does not warrant that your use of this program will be uninterrupted or without errors.

THE PROGRAM COMES "AS IS" AND IT IS THE USER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO DETERMINE WHETHER THE PROGRAM IS SUITABLE FOR HIS OR HER COMPUTER SYSTEM AND SOFTWARE NEEDS.

The owner of this software will provide e-mail support for the registered version of this software only, and may, at its discretion provide support for the "free" (demo) version of this software, but is under no obligation to do so. User agrees that it is his or her responsibility to read the included documentation and the documentation provided on the Web before writing to owner for email support. User understands and agrees that email support is provided by the owner as a courtesy and and is not bound under the terms of this license to provide any support beyond the included documentation, documentation on the Web and reasonable email support as provided above.

The terms of this EULA, as well as the software interface design are subjects of changes in future versions of the software.

The software may come packaged with additional Masterra software products or third-party products. Please review the licensing terms of these individual products.

The owner of this software reserves the right to make exceptions to any of these conditions, or alter these conditions, at any time. However, you may always use these conditions instead of any altered version if you prefer (note that this licence explicitly applies only to one version of the program; therefore, if the owner of this software makes new conditions in connection with a future version, you do not then have the right to apply these conditions to that version instead).

All rights not expressly granted in this EULA are reserved by Masterra. All copyrights to the software are exclusively owned by the author - Masterra.
